The title features in a rococo cartouche at top centre, with the Arms of John Porter, Alderman of Lime Street, at top right. The scale bar is at bottom right, compass star at bottom left, and an illustrated view of the "Front of Leaden Hall" at top left. Originally engraved for the part-work edition of William Maitland's "History of London" (London : 1753-1756). Age toned and has many small tears in bottom margin and repaired tears in other margins..
