The series listed in Sayer & Bennett's catalogue of 1775, on p.92, in the section 'Sets of small prints', no. 26. It is described as 'a curious collection from the designs of Mess, Pillement, Vernet, and Peters, and neatly engraved by Smith'. There are 12 prints in the series, of which this is number 4.
