Westmoria Comitatus; Anglice Westmorland . An antique map of Westmorland by Johannes Blaeu "Westmoria Comitatus; Anglice Westmorland" from the Theatrum Orbis Terrarum sive Atlas Novus. Circa 1648. The map is highly decorated with a royal coat of arms, a scale of miles surrounded by surveyors, a title cartouche topped with putti and six coats of arms, with two being left blank. The map has been laid on card, but otherwise in very fine condition.
