An antique engraving by Mr Will Morgan of David Lloyd George, M.P. Carnarvon District which was printed and published by Daniel Owen and Company, Limited in 1895. He was elected the Liberal Member of Parliament for the district of Caernarfon in 1890. At the time he was only 27 years old and was the youngest member of the House of Commons.
