.....Taken in the Autumn of 1821. A antique line engraving by George Cooke after A. W. Callcott. R.A. Published by Longman & Co, London, 1834 with later hand colouring. The street was apparently demolished gradually between 1813 and 1821 to make way for the creation of Regent's Street.
