An antique map of 'Eastern and Western Divisions of Paris. Published in "The History of England during the Thirty Years Peace: 1816 - 1846." by Charles Knight, 90, Fleet Street, London in 1849 with original outline colouring. This map was originally 'Published under the Superintendence of the Society for the Diffusion of Usefull Knowledge'. One horizontal and three vertical folds. Beneath the plan are shown profiles and height of key buildings and structures. Originally printed on two separate large overlapping sheets which have been joined to form a single map, as intended by the publishers.
