An antique road map engraved by Garnet Terry, 54 Paternoster Row, Cheapside London, published in "Taylor and Skinner's Maps of the Roads of Ireland Surveyed 1777" (1st Edition) Published 14th November, 1778. This map shows the Road from Cavan to Philipstown, & from Cavan to Granard. On the verso the road continues to Philipstown via Castle Pollard, Mullingar and Terrilspass.
