This antique map of Monmouthshire was engraved by the Dutch cartographer Herman Moll and was published in his 'Molls British Atlas, or Pocket Maps of all the Counties in England and Wales' in 1753. This atlas contains fifty one maps which are the same as those published by him in 1724, but the maps in this atlas have the antiquities in the borders removed. Slightly age toned and laid on linen. Old inscription in top right margin. Includes free mounting on request.
