Published in 1842 in 'London as it Is' This view of Hyde Park Corner from Knightsbridge looks towards Piccadilly. Apsley House is on the left and the corner of St George's Hospital is on the right. There is a 6d omnibus in the centre of the road which is, typically, under repair and also road-menders at work. Some age toning in the sky centre left.
