An antique line engraving which was engraved and published by Newman & Co. Shows the iron railway bridge crossing the River Wye just below Hereford. The bridge had a span of 274 feet and 6 inches with each arch being 85 feet. It was built for the Newport, Abergavenny and Hereford Company by Messrs W & J Galloway, Engineers and Ironfounders of Manchester. Circa 1860 with later hand colouring.
