This antique strip map "The Road from Exeter to Barnstabe continued to Ilfracombe & so to Torrington in Devonshire." and is Plate 77 from the re-issue of Senex's 1719 "Actual Survey of all the Principal Roads of England and Wales" published in 1757. The map shows the route from Exeter to Crediton to Chimleigh to Barnstable to Ilfracombe and from Ilfracombe to Biddeford and so to Torrington. On the verso is the completion of the road from St. Davids to Holywell. Includes free mounting on request.
