This antique strip map shows the continuation of the road from London to Barwick. This is Plate 7 from Senex's "Actual Survey of all the Principal Roads of England and Wales". It was published in 1719 and contained one hundred maps reduced from John Ogilby's "Britannia" of 1675. This map shows the section from Barmby Moor to Bawtry to Doncaster to Wentbridge to Ferrybridge to Sherburn-in-Elmet to Tadcaster to York and on to Boroughbridge. Includes free mounting on request.
