This antique map of Breconshire is from a rare edition of "The Theatre of the Empire of Great Britain" by John Speed, published in 1616 with Latin text on the verso. The maps were generally published uncoloured, but a few copies of the atlas were coloured at the time. This map is from one of those scarce editions.
