An antique map published by Letts, Son & Co. Ltd in 1884 by lithographic transfer. This map has been revised from that published in 'Hobson's Fox Hunting Map' of 1849. Here, the original Statistics Table of Hundreds has been replaced with another list of statistics with a note of the county town Appleby. A new key, including a sign for 'Dangerous Hills', notes of population in 1881, area in acres, rental, inhabited houses, poor rates, and paupers have all been added.
