An antique line engraving from a series of engravings of the River Thames by W.Tombleson. Drawn by Tombleston and engraved by W. Taylor. Published in 1834 with later hand colouring. Each has a wide decorative engraved border. The Nore is a sandbank at the mouth of the Thames, in the junction of the Thams and Medway.
