The characters in the image are J Chamberlain, A Chamberlain, Sir John Gorst, Sir Richard Temple, A. J. Balfour, Sir WilliamHarcourt, Justin McCarthy, Anthony John Mundella. Produced for the famous Victorian Magazine "Vanity Fair" founded by Thomas Gibson Bowles which commenced publication in 1869. The prints were produced in colour by chromo-lithography by Vincent Brooks, and Day and Son. This print by 'Spy' was published on 30th November, 1893.
