An antique folding 'Plan of the town of Toulouse and its environs' by R. Martin & Co. Lith. 26, Long Acre. The Battle was one of the final battles of the Napoleonic Wars, four days after Napoleon's surrender of the French Empire to the nations of the Sixth Coalition. References in the bottom right of the plan indicate locations of the Allied and French Infantry, Cavalry and Artillery. Published in "Life of Field Marshall, His Grace the Duke of Wellington......" in 1840. This illustration first appeared in the United Service Journal, for October 1838.
