The plan shows the positions of the French Divisions and of the British Vessels. Inset 'Map of the Country between The Jordan and Acre. As a result of the failed siege, Napoleon Bonaparte withdrew to Egypt.and this was the turning point of Napoleon's invasion of Egypt and Syria.
