An antique line engraving by J.W. Cook. The vignette above the image of St. Patrick is entitled "St. Patrick in Captivity" and the one beneath is entitled "St. Patrick preaching in the general assembly of Kings & States of Ireland." Circa 1840. The colouring is later.
