An antique "A Table shewing the distances of the most of the Chiefe Townes in Wales" engraved by Jacob Van Langeren, set below 'a table of distances'. Published in 'A Direction for the English Traveller' in 1643 (or later) with later hand colouring. A few old folds, with some wear and slight staining along folds, age toning and margins as shown. Laid on paper. Copies of this map are difficult to find as the mortality rate of folding maps of this type is usually high. Includes free mounting on request.
