Illustrated with historical extracts relative to its natural produce, mines, minerals, manufactures, trade and present state of its principal towns'. The Roman Way from York to Flamborough is shown. There are notes on Hornsey, Bridlington, Headon, Fulford, Howden, Ackham, Rical and Beverley. Primted for T. Kitchin at the Star Holborn Hill, J. Bowles and H. Parker in Cornhill, Carington Bowles in St. Paul's Churchyard, H. Ovewreton without Newgate, and R. Sayer, and J. Ryall in Fleet Street. Circa 1762. Original outline colouring. Due to oxidisation of outline watercolour the verso has been strengthened with archival material.
