An antique map of Sussex engraved by J. Roper from a drawing by G. Cole. Interesting in grading the roads, locating archaeological sites, mail coach routes etc. Originally produced to accompany the "Beauties of England and Wales" (London 1801-1818). Later coloured by hand.
